1) Age limitations

Unless otherwise indicated, workshops at Elaviz Studio are designed for adults and children ages 10 and older.  Because our candle workshops involve hot wax, and are intended for adults. Please contact for kids class elaviz.studio@gmail.com with any questions.

2) Punctuality

Please plan to arrive on time so we can get started promptly. We want you to enjoy the full experience. If the class has already started, it's possible that you may have missed something.  We cannot extend the workshop beyond the assigned time.

 t will be canceled automatically after 15 minutes of booking time. please let me know if you aren’t able to make your appointment.

3) Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations but are transferable to someone else. . If you can’t make the workshop but wish to send another person in your place as a substitute that is fine, providing you notify us by email elaviz.studio@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance

4) Changing Class Dates

We understand that sometimes situations arise that may require you to change your workshop date. You can only reschedule up to 2 times.These changes will be at Elaviz discretion. Please contact us directly by  email as soon as possible to see how we could assist.

5) Sharing a Candle Station

We ask that each person who attends a workshop has booked a seat in the class. We realize that some people may want to tag along to simply watch, however our workshop space can only accommodate a limited number of people. So no one should be in the workshop area unless they have purchased a ticket.

6) Workshop Cancellations
A minimum number of 4 is required for the workshop to go ahead. We will contact you as early as we possibly can if a workshop needs to be cancelled for any reason.

7) Candle Completion
The candles you make in your workshop will generally be transport stable by the end of the workshop. In some weather a longer setting time may be required. If you are unable to wait until your candle has set, we are able to ship the candles to you for an additional fee of $7.00. This can be paid on the day or You can pick it up another day.

To obtain the best fragrance throw, and providing you are willing to wait, we recommend that you allow your candles to cure 48 hours before lighting.

 

8) Hazards
Registering for a workshop requires participants to follow our Chandlers’ directions. This is to ensure both safety and best possible candle results. All candles are poured into heat tolerant glass jars designed for candle making. We use a premium blend of soy and bees wax & fragrances. Wicks are made from cotton and paper and free of zinc or other metals.

The use of any knowledge learned through the workshop is at the participant’s risk and Elaviz accept no responsibility for damage occurring outside of the workshops. Registering for a workshop infers acceptance of the above hazards.
